The deaf people can’t hear anything even the cars or heavy truck sound horns it is helpless in front of them. This may cause accident to them but Vibering concept giving hands to help those people who are able to hear. The Vibering consists of wristwatch and two rings.

The ring will feel vibration and then it will send the vibration to the rear. The noise detective signal which is set in the ring will identify precise information from the Wristwatch window at the same time.
