A new in-browser from Palm comes in the name of Ares pitch. Using this you can create apps for the Palm Pre and Palm Pixi without any coding knowledge. Moreover, this service uses drag and drop features, so that you can place buttons, boxes and other types of functions on to the screen. At the same time, even if all of the objects are placed in the correct location, you then need to know a bit of coding in order to make them work correct.
