RAM is the important device in the computer. Today we can have the speed of RAM up to some particular limit only. Elpida Memory has unveiled the world’s first RAM of the speed of 2.5GBPS 1GB DDR3 SDRAM. These are made of copper interconnect process and new circuit technology.

These RAM provide faster speed and an Ultra Low 1.2V voltage operation. The data rate of the RAM is 2.5GBPS at 1.5V and 1.8GBPS at 1.2V. These copper-made RAM is 25% faster than ordinary aluminum made. The consumption of the RAM is 22% lesser than Aluminum made RAM. These RAMs are expected to hit the market later this month.
