Start Menu For Portable Devices – PStart !
If you want to start user defined applications means definitely you will need PStart. It is a simple and free tray tool. You can consider this tool as a start menu for your USB drives so that you can easily launch your portable applications from a single interface and it can be installed in our hard disk too.
Click to hide start menu in Task Bar

As this is a portable one, it will never fail to get the relative paths even if your drives are having different drive letters and the shortcuts will still work without any problem. This is available free and is supposed to work with all Windows platforms.
