At the Eco Products 2009 International Exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight, SANYO has decided to display their Solar Electric Vehicle. It features the Solar Panel and Lithium Ion Batteries powered by SANYO. If you charge this battery for 16 hours, this truck will cover around 130KM. The stored solar energy generated by panels in the Lithium Ion Batteries can be used to run the car and to supply external power.
Moreover, this Solar Electric Vehicle features 210W 9 Solar Panels of 1.89kW capacity with an estimated total annual energy supply at around 2,000 kWh.

At the same time, it has 18650 size 3,510 cylindrical Lithium Ion Batteries with 117~160 V output and 25.9kWh capacity.
