Samsung Techwin has decided to split off their camera business into a whole new division. The new division will be called Samsung Digital Imaging and it will become the source of all Samsung camera based product beginning on February 1st. From the same date Samsung Digital Imaging will begin to be listed on its own new body. The main reason for doing this process is to separate this from the Samsung Group’s heavy industry segment.
