Samsung has again proved its efficiency and it claims the world’s first with its latest 4GB DDR3 DRAM. Samsung has taken four years to double the capacity of their semiconductor chips. This DDR DRAM not only faster than SDRAM but it uses lesser energy.
Older 1GB DRAM has different 144 components but the newer 4GB DRAM chip requires 36 cutting the electricity used by around 70%.
