HP has announced its new MediaSmart Server products and the main thing to be noted is now it has released for MediaSmart for both Mac and PC. Both units EX485 and EX487 will automatically backup media and other files. The action will be done via OS X’s time machine feature. Moreover, you can use the server as a dumping ground for all of your digital tidbits. This server can organize everything and it makes easy to access across our home network as well as the web. HP also undersigns a deal with Facebook, Picasa and Snapfish so that you can easily upload photos from the server via HP Photo Publisher.
