ioSafe has crossed its another milestone with the latest Solo Hard Drive with Fire and Water proof technology. The storage capacity of the device is 2TB and features withstand temperature up to 1,550 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes and you can submerge it in up to 10 feet of salt or freshwater for three days. Moreover, it features only a USB 2.0 interface for connecting to both Mac and Windows.The warranty of this device is three years and $1,000 data recovery service.
As it has no inbuilt measures, you can opt to bolt down or use a cable lock to secure the drives to their mounting for theft prevention. The suggested price of the 2TB ioSafe Solo is $399 and the suggested price for 500GB isSafe Solo is $149.
