Everyone knows about Quick Launch Toolbar in Windows Operating System, even Windows 7 is not exception. If you want to get the Quick Launch Toolbar back in Windows 7, we have the solution for you.
Just follow the following steps carefully,
•    First, Right click on the taskbar, and choose Toolbar/New Toolbar.
•    Now you have to enter %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch the strin in the folder selection dialog and click on Ok.
•    Now turn off the “Lock the taskbar” setting and right click on the divider. Now ensure the “Show Text” and “Show Title” are disabled and view is set to “Small Icons”.
•    Now you can rearrange the toolbar ordering as you like using dividers. After rearranging, lock the taskbar again.
