Usually professionals like to have a cool color one day my window screen looks nasty. All my desktop icons go darker and my screen got a wild look. Then I wanted to change my desktop then I started searching How to change the desktop.
Right Click–>Arrange icons by–> Lock web items on Desktop
As usual I make a right click on the window and I De-select the Lock web items on Desktop still my desktop icons not yet changed. Then I started searching why my desktop icons remaining the same.

These are all the simple steps I made to regain my Desktop.
Right Click–>Properties
Desktop–>Customize Desktop
Web–>De-select the Check Box
By clicking the icon Web I happen to see a some message in front of my system. By De-selecting the check box my desktop icons came to same position. Sometimes when we are browsing we may click some icons with option of saving the item store to the web.
