Logitech, one of the leading makers of Webcam and other peripherals has decided to buy LifeSize Communications for $405 million in cash. Therefore, Logitech puts itself into the video conferencing market.
Usually, LifeSize was offering you high-definition video-conferencing systems. It had customers range from small and medium business to large companies.

The main reasons of Logitech to acquire LifeSize most of the standalone video conferencing players have been acquired. Moreover, Cisco is planning to buy Tandberg but it has some trouble and once LifeSize is off the board, Polycom will be the last player standing.

Jabra Announces Stone Headset With Genuine Look !

Jabra has launched a Bluetooth headset as its signature called Stone. It is a slim curved headset that has a genuine look unlike other headsets. It can even eliminate buttons, opting instead for touch-sensitive controls.
As it has a distinctive charging dock, it will be well known in the market. It can create the effect of a smooth stone when the two are together.

Although it looks simple, yet it has come out with noise cancellation as well as the option of working in A2DP mode for music in addition to the usual hands free mode.

The battery of the device needs two hours of charging, but the backup will last as many as three charges without any need of power card. It is able to work with any Bluetooth phone and will be available from November 8th for $130.

Google Has Appointed 200 Goats !

Most of us are trying to become an employee in Google, but it is still impossible, However, Google has employed a flock of 200 goats in order to make their headquarters tidy.
All the goats have been brought in to the search companies Mountain View base in California to clear the weeds and mow the grass. Dan Hoffman from Google says that, Google has decided to take a low-carbon approach rather than using gasoline mowers to tidy fields.

This flock will be in Google for a week to eat the grass and fertilizing at the same time. He added, it costs us about the same as mowing, and goats are a lot cuter to watch than lawn mowers.
